Dispatched = dispatched MRPs from Passport department, Nepal
Received = Received application forms by the Passport department, Nepal
in other words do not look at received section, it does not help you.
If your MRP is dispatched on June 2, then you are getting close to receiving it from embassy. Usually our laziest embassy takes few weeks to few months to process (sign, stamp, put on record) the MRPs before they send it out to you.
