At the protein level, goat meat and human meat is only 10-15 percent different. Now think about it when you eat any meat next time. I have already become vegetarian for that reason. You can eat soy milk, beans and eggs to compensate the daily protein intake. The good thing is that you also get to live healthy life and definitely disease free life.
