This can be trick to trap innocent peoples who trusting Maoist ceasefire might go to villages and find themselves later in the Maoist trap. Do you remember, BRB in his previous ceasefire he was telling his interpretation of ceasefire. Ceasefire does not include cease in extortions (oh, they renamed it as Chanda from those who volunteerily give and tax collection from those who don't give it volunteerily: it was told by BRB a few years back). Don't trust the Maoist leadership's ceasefire, its only in paper because the lower cadres won't stop executing their fatwas and leadership will have their own interpretation. So, its just confusing statement, not a real ceasefire. I don't think it will have real outcome, though I hope but with fraction of percentage. Maoist leadership does not control its cadre level activities: looting (oh, chanda collection). GP
