I-140

The common RFEs in I-140 are: your education, your prior job experience, and company's ability to pay. The first two - education and your prior job experience depend on the PERM application. What were the minimum education and job experience mentioned in the PERM application for this position? If you have 3 years bachelor's degree from outside US, you will run into RFE. But if you have US degree in the required field as mentioned in PERM, then you don't have to worry.
If your company is already paying you the prevailing wage as mentioned in PERM, then you don't have to worry about company's ability to pay. If not, then your company has to prove that they are in good shape financially to pay you by providing their tax filing to USCIS. So, if your company is not generating enough revenue, then this will become a problem in I-140.

These are the three things USCIS consider carefully while making decision on your I-140. Hope it helps.
