Exactly a similar situation that I am facing. Currently working on OPT, going to apply TPS with work authorization. My employer has agreed to sponsor for Green Card, either EB2 or EB3 not sure as of yet. I have a Master's degree and over 2 years of experience, so I guess EB2 is the way to go. But to avoid audits and to lessen the financial burdens, EB3 might also be a good option, given the backlog for EB3 is not a huge one. I will be following this thread in expectation of some valuable information others are willing to share.
