I don't think you will have any problem applying for TPS, but what are the benefits of that?
You can get TPS Advance parole, and you can leave the country, and come back, but I heard while coming back how you gonna return? With you Parole or H1B. That time it might be a problem.
Going out and coming in on parole is not 100% safe, and it might have side effects.
Don't do any mistake in rush.Talk to a lawyer if you want to leave country on parole. Each person has different case.
