=> What kind of document includes under Travel Document ? - if you haven't apply for travel document before then don't fill anything or put N/A

=> What should I fill on this field ? Is it the VISA expiry date or Passport expiry date ? -- Passport Expiry date.

=> I didn't understand this term. I have applied for economic hardship which is still pending. Should I select it as YES or NO ?

=> What should I do for this as I have applied for economic hardship and its still pending. Should I say YES and say pending on results. - YES

=> What should be the eligibility category ? -- (C19) - c19 is the category.
