Few questions regarding TPS, any help will be appreciated. Apology if they are already addressed.
I currently have EAD through my asylum application, so I decided not to apply EAD from TPS. Since we have to file the form I-765 as per the requirement, what do I put on the following sections of form I-765?
1. The very first part saying I am applying for……
2. No. 10, Can I put the A# from EAD through asylum? I actually have two A#’s, one from OPT EAD, which was expired long back
3. No. 15, Can I put asylum applicant?
4. Since I am not actually applying for EAD, do I still need to send 2 copies of PP size photos?
On the form I-821,
1. No. (25.b), date authorized period of stay in US, My OPT EAD exp date or EAD through asylum exp date? OPT EAD was expired long time ago
