Iam one semester away from graduation in STEM. Due to some family issue, i'm planning to go to Nepal this August by taking semester off.
- Should i apply TPS, once TPS is approved should i travel to Nepal and apply F1 visa (Visa expired) (Is visa application even necessary if i have TPS)
- OR should i apply advance parole and travel to Nepal (advance parole only allows to stay for 90 days i guess)
- If i travel before receiving TPS, USCIS will think my application as abandoned?
Im kind of confused. anyone in similar situation? Or provide some kind of direction?
