To be honest with you, that date will not decline your application.
USCIS has all of your records. That is the reason I said put the date that is closest to today.
Whatever date is either, VISA, OPT, I-20.
The question is typically, till what date you are authorized to stay in US.
Even after you VISA expires, you can stay in US with your I-20. I hope your school gave you new I-20, so you can use that too.
Or put the expire date of you EAD if you have one.
Ps. It is not DIS in your I-94, it is D/S which is Duration of Status. So you can use the date till which you are legal to stay in US.
