I will be done with my 6th year of H1B this September...and My husband is in H1 till 2016 September and that is his 6th year as well but his employer filed her PERM and got certified we are within the process of filing both I-40 plus other GC forms but looks like it will take beyond September...Now My questions is CAN I APPLY TPS MYSELF AND LATER HE CAN ADD ME ON HIS GC PROCESS? Is that possible? I did talked to lawyer they don't know s*** he is just saying why you want to go that route and he also mentioned it is hard to do Adjustment of Status bla bla...Anyway tomorrow I have to do AOS if I go through H4 process......Tomorrow I am the one who is going to suffer without DL and without work for like months..Please advise...Thanks in advance.
