Hello all,
I am filing a TPS on my own. I need a help how to make this cover sheet. It is stated in the link below
under step 2.
You must also submit a cover sheet that states "DO NOT REJECT - TPS GRANTED BY IJ/BIA."

Also, regarding filing joint with my wife. Do I need to file a separate I-821 for her and pay separate fees or having her name on my I-821 under spouse section will work
