TPS matra apply gare vayo ni ta.... EAD ko paiso bachyo.... you can always apply for EAD on the later date in case of any change in circumstances but again make sure you apply for TPS . Also you must fill I-765 even if you do not want the EAD but dont send the fee for EAD.
