From the day one the egg and sperm fertilize in fetus need a healthy food to grow. As the population grow poorer their sexual activity increases as well. On the top of it Indian culture still does not know about nutrition to pregnant women or they just ignore it. Once the baby is out if it is a girl, she will be getting less food than boys. Girls are always malnutrition.

Education will change these beliefs but it is not reaching to this group of population and the majority of the population consists of this group.
