pradhikaran was supposed to be powerful independent but lute sushil has taken over with bunch of ministers making it like same old manrtimandal so there will be fight, leg pulling, delays as usual over petty like which party is the best and given results . after all they are mafias not parties anymore. if one person independent powerful it could be by this amount of money but this will take forever - as one is so old he sleeps all day due to his age and other needs to visit hospital every month due to his sickness.
