I am here in US with visitor visa and I decided to stay here more than 6 months after major earth quake in Nepal and applied for visitor visa extension. Now TPS application is opened and my application for visitor visa extension is Pending. Can I apply TPS while my application for visitor visa extension is in Pending? or I have wait for decision from USCIS for my visitor visa extension request.
