It is good news TPS approved and it’s a great help for Nepalese. There are a lot of questions and confusion to students and OPT status.

Question no 1. I am an f1 student and trying to apply TPS, can I come back to student status if incase TPS is removed to Nepal in future?

Question no 2. I am in OPT Status, TPS applied and approved, working in same company, and company is willing to apply for green card process, is this possible? If TPS is removed, can I still change my status may be F1?

Question no 3. My current priority date is after one year or so through my green card spouse, I am maintaining my student status, can I apply TPS and wait until my priority date become current and apply adjustment of status( green card )?
