U mean if a company in US files for ur h1b while u r in Nepal??? Provided u got selected in the lottery, presence of ur siblings in US might not affect ur visa apprival since h1 is dual intent visa (immigrant/non immigrant) while f1 was solely an non immigrant visa. Good luck....
