Job Requirements
• 4-year college degree; Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of proven development / software engineering experience
• Conduct user training; develop and maintain training documentation
• Create functional/technical design documents
• Design and implement database enhancements such as custom objects fields, record types and workflows
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to support business operations
• Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts
• Development and configuration of Salesforce.com instance using Best Practices

Qualifications
• Salesforce ADM501 Certified
• Some data modeling skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Some experience in CRM or Customer service applications
• 3+ years of proven development experience using Apex, VisualForce,
• IDE, Eclipse
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of data management and ETL tools
• Ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels
• Ability to effectively work within a geographically diverse team
• Basic knowledge of SOAP, XML and workflow
• Experienced in integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce.com
