Well every one jumped to rescue and that was the pliminiary work to do. Cash donation will be no help. Nepal government had no solid plan and a leader until PM back to country.
You have enough funds on PM Releif fund for now to work on and there will be more in future. But do you have any strategic plan to utilise the funds? How much of it will be fully utilies and how much will be pocketed by Party leaders ?
You do not like donation other than Cash, if it is material you have to sell to cash it like Ramesh Mahat did, it is 2-3 step process to get cash in hand.
