I am thinking about transferring my H1b and I am aware that the premium processing is suspended for transfer too (I checked it). My question is, will H1b transfer falls under
"Expedited adjudication of employment authorization applications, where appropriate;"
as the Immigration Relief Measures for Nepali Nationals?
Any attorneys or expert out there??
