robwin I dun eat sweet things at all. I have forbidder sodas and lalmons and rasperyy for 2 yrs already. Sometimes I eat cheese cake and apple pie after dinner coz I believe what Judaism says, u gotta have some sweets after dinner. Kura aayo chai chai ko. I have tried noddles with everything like veggies etc. but I eat noodles as snacks mixed with tuna. For me rice, pasta and noodle are very unhealthy food. I prefer avocado chicken sandwich, avocado salads, half baked potato, tuna sandwich, skillets with broccolli etc.
