If the DHS secretary is a general/common person, then, of course it would have been a harassment, but he holds an office that is, in large parts, answerable to public (DHS can not directly be called a public office since the secretary is not an elected official). Raising our concern to him cannot be a harassment. We, as general people living in the US, have rights to call his office and express our genuine concern on a very important issue. Will it surely help? We don't know, but probably will. Thus, we, as a community in Colorado, thought it as a right way to go and we are, at least, giving a try. We would like to request you all to make a call and help us in this cause.
