Dear Sajha friends,

We just had a baby girl this March 2015, I am in H1B and my wife is in student status, but my H1b is going to be expired in July and no body is willing to sponsor me. I will be out of status if I don't become my wife's dependent. I have been hearing that if you have a child born before april 2015, you can apply for temporary residence to stay in US. Is that true? if yes, what is the process?
