TPS, OpT, H1B,EAD everything is already in the US Immigration National Act.
It does NOT required a VOTING process to Grant TPS to any Nationals in US.
DHS can grant TPS to all Nepali Nationals in US, even though the White House Petition is "0"
The reason behind REQUESTING for TPS for Nepali Nationals from various Organizations, Top Senior Congress officials, law firms, churches, is to show the level of Urgency.
You being in America, and being a Nepali, its shameful you don't want to be the part of it.
