@Nas Bro, Calorie high ta hunch tara calorie kum garne upaye pani cha. Reduce sugar to 1tbsp, use 2% low fat milk instead of whole milk. Yesto garda chai calorie kum pani huncha ani you get to drink lassi too. ajhai yogurt pani greek yogurt use garnu bho bhane much better.
