तपाईं ले स्पोन्सोर गर्न सक्नु हुन्छ तथापी कनुन अनुसार एस्ले विसा पाउन व नपाउनमा खसै केही सहयोग पुर्यौदैन . विसा पाउनको लागि निवेदेक आँफैले विसा योउग्यता दर्सौनु पर्ने भएको ले तपाईंको अथवा कसैको स्पोन्सोर ले वहाँहरुको विसा पौने कुरमा खसै केही फरक पार्दैन.

If they overcome the presumption of Intending Immigrant (INA 214b), they will qualify for the visa, otherwise not.

Following documents may be more important than your sponsorship -
- documents showing sources of income
- property documents
- Investment documents
- Travel history
- any documents that shows their affiliation to their family, society, religion etc
any other documents that help them to prove that they will be compelled to come back to their country.
