1. Calorie deficit: Simply put, burn more calories than what you intake. This can also be achieved in two ways. Eat less than what you need or work your butt off in gym to burn the excessive calories which you devoured unnecessarily just to please your tongue. 
2. Increase lean muscle mass: Even if you don't lose weight, when you add up muscle mass in your body and lower/stabilize the body fat, the body fat percentage will come down. This is a simple math. Therefore, strength weight training is much more important than cardio sessions.

Remember these two points and eat healthy. I hope you are aware of which foods are healthy and which are not. If not, get aid from google baba. Last but not the least, Patience and discipline is of enormous vitality to accomplish your six pack dream. Six packs do not appear overnight. It requires a lot of hard work and time. Now get off your bed/couch and get real! :)

BTW, Nas and Punter, while you guys are busy competing and building abs, can I send my selfie to Priyanka and take care of her temporarily until you guys settle score via six pack battle?
