This world will never be a better place because it's a relative world. Constant change is the law of Mrityu Loka. However, as an intellectual beings we must aspire to mitigate all levels of disharmony from the society and bring peace as much as possible. This can only be done though proper Vedic education. भद्रम कर्णेभि: स्रिणुयाम देवा: भद्रम पश्यमाक्षभिर्यजत्रा: Oh lord, may these ears hear what is auspicious, may these eyes see what is auspicious.
Jivan should be punished according to the law. What happens to planet Earth if it disobeys gravitational law? It will be thrown out of solar system and all life will be doomed! Such is the consequences of not following the law. Laws are invisible but are extremely powerful. One must follow the laws of that country where he/she resides no matter what.
There are two kinds of Shristis. One is Jiva-Shriti, the other is Isvara-Shriti. Caste system and acid-attack is Jiva-shristi (Human created). Therefore, you alone are responsible for what you have created. Jivan had no knowledge of Karma and he gave way to anger. Bhagavad Gita clearly states: When anger resides in the human mind, the mind is deluded. And you can imagine what a deluded mind can do. To maintain law and order, Jivan must me punished according to the law.
Along with this, the hypocrite government of Nepal must be kicked out from Nepal. New young leaders who truly know how to rule a nation must be in. Caste system of Nepal can only be removed through grass root level. A holistic approach in education must be adopted by new government where they should bring 'Peace Class.' Under this class all Nepalese children should be given the true knowledge: सर्वम खलु इदम ब्रम्ह --- All this verily is Brahman.
