i was estimating the same when i initially started but i end up spend around 80k. and i wont trust nobody when it comes to business. you can rightfully own a business when in F1 so don't give second person too much leverage so S/he will easily kick you out.

inspection can be real pain so make sure to read and understand the city code of the State/City where you are planning to open a restaurant.
