hello everyone,
I have my sister , brother in law and their two daughters here in us since november 2014. they came here with edv. my brother in law was officer at telecom, he want to go back to nepal and save his job. he has nine months of vacation, because of new law , he can't extend the vacation. he want to return the green card. however, i am thinking how i can save the green card for sister and two little kids if they go back. i know they can't stay for more than six months. is there any way that lets them stay longer in nepal like 3-4 years?thanks.
