As I said before it depends on the situation. If you live in a part of town where girls are raped or murdered then I would definitely advise my sister to not go there. This is not about any anti women mentality but about being prudent and smart. It would not be a smart idea to go out alone to such areas by themselves whether they are male or female, but specially for females if they are being preyed upon.
