Well it sounds weired, who the fuc* in the world keeps single guy or gal, who is not related in same appartment. It's invitation to fuc*. Human mind and body is designed is that way, morale and trust works under idle conditions, but you shouldn't test it with catalyst. Regarding leaving a guy, it her choice for her own comfort, but just remember, there is other man in same situation , 98% of time, he will fuck eventually.
