Oh..Meerru.. .a friend ofmine asked meh this sumtime ago...the answer is sumthing like this ; the man is a midget and has to use his umbrella on rainy days to push the buttons on the elevator on rainy days and when it is not rainy he does not carry an umbrella....hence he cannot use his umb. to punch the buttons....like that stuff.... I think its the same riddle.....errrr
