Thank you for the response. From your suggestions,it seems to me that 1040 EZ is just acceptable, while this is not accurate form, right?
I am not sure whether I will return home soon or change to H1B in future. I want to file the appropriate form that won't affect in future.
Do you think I need to file form 8843 as well?
