one who couldn't communicate in English, who apparently is a old weak man shouldn't be a victim on such basis. A cop is responsible for protecting a civilian, most of the cop do.
But In this case, they failed and as a consequence a old innocent man came to visit his child, has to suffer the brutality.
Well, it is apparent fault of those cops that's why they are suspended.
what i really find pathetic is the criticism from some morons from sajha. '

So I have to say NO NO to such jerk and I did.
BTW, in that video, the hands of the culprit was already inside the pocket
and he kinda looks like भंद्र भलादमी नेता ओफ साझा who prefers to follow his freaking diplomacy on every agenda..either that is regarding in favor of rapist or in favor of such arrogant cops
