User 01saathi, as far as I know consultancy just care if we can survive and make them money , vendor looks their past experience with their consultancy,they usually check criminal background not , rest they trust consultancy's past experience with them but end client le sachiko experience chha ki nai, kaam ma kehi naramro po gareko chha ki bhanera anusandhan nai garna sakchha , it depends on how rich the end client is ( it cost more money to do detailed testing for each an every kaam garne munchhe )
