Thank you for your response and it’s a shame on my part that I got lured into this trap even after being in a legal field. Yes! Transferring money was a bad idea however I had done the same thing with them in the past. I never thought that one of our people would do something like this. You are right from every angle and I was naive to have done what they asked me to do.
I did check the reservation which was valid, reserved and confirmed. They issued the paperwork with ticket number as well. This later on turned out to be a made up ticket number and paperwork.

It now seems like these people are conducting from other than US and I have gotten several emails with their possible information as well as pictures. This is definitely going to the right direction. It’s just a matter of time, I will have case filed here and in Nepal as well so whenever they surface that will be their time to pay.
