Chase sapphire preferred and US airways offer 40k points (equivalent to 400 bucks) and 50k miles (equivalent to RT to Europe or a one-way business class flight).
You can always downgrade CSP card within a year to avoid paying annual fee of 95 bucks (waived for the first year) and get away with it.
Both cards will require you to spend 3k within 3 months upon approval.
