Not a psychiatrist, of course, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

What's happening with your life is that you are caught in a self-limiting spiral. It's very easy to get lazy if there isn't any motivation. You get lazy because you lack motivation, you don't look for motivation because you are lazy.

What I'd suggest is break this cycle. The best thing you can do, beginning immediately after the next day you read this, is get up early in the morning. Then run for 15-30 minutes outside. This will get you up early in the morning so that your day gets a headstart and you get to sleep on time. Running outside will help break the cycle of not doing anything and also provide a mindfulness get-away. It's best to have a goal. If you don't have one of those pedometers, just see how long you can run without slowing down/walking and try to up it next day.

After running, go to the grocery and buy stuffs you need to cook yourself a breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't eat outside; you will save money, be healthy and have something to keep you busy. See if you can increase the work hours.
