Go with the consulting company. Pick a company who has placed few FICO guys of their own in projects so that you know they have some links to SAP implementation partners.
Consulting companies are like brothels and unfortunately there is not an easy way to get into FICO without joining the brothel and becoming one of their IT prostitute. Hope you take this metaphor positively.
