Good post. We need more of these.
From Governance and legislation point of view, we need a thorough follow-up on every single case. Many times we hear about CIAA investigating, and sometimes even arresting, these corrupt leaders. But what happens after few months? People and media lose interest and they walk out free. CIAA should have more power and they should have an accountability of their own; they should not only start a case but follow it too the grave and make sure the corrupt ones not only get jail time (and serve) but money is extracted from them.
Till then we can keep posting these lists. At the minimum this will raise the awareness and, maybe force the Government to bring them to justice, maybe not.
