GeetMaiJawaafDiu.. No offense brother but your arguments will have more weight if you put some kind of reference behind your claims. How do you know if something is Nepali or not? Are you a linguist? What is your level of knowledge in regards to Nepali language and it's history (besides studying in school)? For all you know it could be a Sanskrit word or some hindi words may be words of Indian subcontinent.

There are many words in English language which came from Sanskrit. "Guru" as you know and "Pundit" are all Sanskrit. Yet they are used in everyday english language. In other words, language is a barrier but language has no barriers.

And besides Nepal doesn't just mean Kathmandu. If you go to Terai regions or even western Nepal, a lot of words sound like Hindi. Many are derived from Sanskrit. That's how people use the language. If you go to Bhutan or Burma, they may have different dialects.

Also have you listened to some African Americans or even people from southern states talking? They talk like "We was going to schools" and not "We were going to schools". Does that make them any less Americans than the costal American people?

Nepal is already divided by politicians talking about ethnicity and language and culture. We don't need another fuel to the fire. Think about it dude.
