The lower you are in the economic ladder the harder it is it to climb iup. It's true anywhere in the world. Against all cycle of socio-economic odds such as poorly equipped inner-city schools, less-accomplished social circles, teen-pregnancies, single-parent households, it is not a herculean task for the black people to get out of poverty and lead a normal middle class life but it would be near impossible for any other race to enjoy the privileges of the Whites and the Jewish people on racial level for sometime to come.
