Every crime has a fitting punishment. Robbers do not deserve that vigilante killing. That cop would have become a hero if he had the discipline or the courage to take the suspect into custody - alive. The law enforcement has to be trained to walk the very difficult fine line. If the police thinks the criminal suspects are just a nuisance while counting down to their payday and fleecing benefits, then they should not be in that line of work. Doctor have jobs because of the patients, police have their jobs because of criminal suspects. Michael Brown is dead. The victim really is his mother and his family. 

There is a long history of racial discrimination between the black and white in the history of the US,e.g., slavery, civil right movement, OJ Simpson, Rodney King, Trayvon Martin, etc. The complete trust has never been established between these two groups. Firearm sales spiked after Obama got elected. Asian and black interaction is relatively so new. Any new infraction can easily be brushed aside with a benefit of the doubt.
