@Laure_boi - I do not recommend filing through the restaurant. Even if your nearest person, say your relatives, are filing for GC through restaurant it will be a difficult petition to get approval. Say, if you are in F1 visa status and if you have completed a College Diploma and then you are applying for Cook or General Manager of a Restaurant, the main thing that you will have to be careful is how the ETA Form 9089 (for PERM) is processed and approved.
