@Laure_boi - I do not recommend filing through the restaurant. Even if your nearest person, say your relatives, are filing for GC through restaurant it will be a difficult petition to get approval. Say, if you are in F1 visa status and if you have completed a College Diploma and then you are applying for Cook or General Manager of a Restaurant, the main thing that you will have to be careful is how the ETA Form 9089 (for PERM) is processed and approved. Labor approve bhaye pachi pani EB3 ma file garnu parne huncha...which in turn will get you many years in a limbo.
It is none of my business, but being from where I am, I like to ask the direction of the village where I don't go (na jane gaun ko bato). Mero bichar ma aaile ko market ma restaurant ko bato chadera consulting company ko bato gaye bhani chai baru ali chado huncha hola GC.
