NepaliLaure- I also think there needs to be a good video story (or film score) to complete the song, and that's where the challenge is. If you relate the first verse with the last, the person has material possession (भौतिक सुविदा) but he's not happy and wants to be with his family. So the film has to kind of connect those things together. I also agree that a lot of people are content living abroad, but many aren't and the message is like what Divorceguy was saying- "paisa nai sabai hoina",

I sometimes get feedbacks about the overall song, but hardly about the details related to music, vocals, arrangement etc. So I do appreciate your detailed feedback, and I will also pay more attention to my riyaz in my future endeavors. :)
