Obama's plan will benefit only those whose children are born here or who has children who holds legal status like green card. when it comes to Nepali I think the case is rare coz we know Mexicans are the ones in huge amount.


The plan does not include any relief for parents of young undocumented immigrants who received protected status under Obama's 2012 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals plan, nor does it help childless undocumented immigrants who have been in the country for long periods of time.
