Mr. Koirala was doing internship in Springfield MA, got Canadian PR returned back to Nepal. He is doing well as a Heart Surgeon. He seems more satisfied in Nepal than US and Canada.
Once you go home with positive attitude : you will bring luck as well. I know other young guy went Nepal with MS degree in accounting/mgmt, work here and there, bragging about job and salary. To get top salary you have to sell yourself as well prove that you are worth of it.
