TIA - Free WiFi for International Travellers

Last time I was in Nepal (in March 2014) I noticed that to access free WiFi at TIA one had to request a Password Token through NTC simcard (I mean NTC Phone). This was such a PIA for those travelers, like myself, who didn't had NTC phone because we were on a short trip. I did see many foreign tourists staring blankly at the pungent smell waiting for their flight to get out of there. I cannot demand revolutionary change to the airport (like clean toilets) because I do not wear TIA's General Manger's shoes who might have overwhelming task on her hand but I thought we could give it a shot to pressurize her / him to make small changes that can have some impact. Your thoughts please.
